BACKGROUND

Manuel Lara is a Solutions Architect with over 20 years of continuous experience in software engineering and more than 11 years designing enterprise-grade architectures at scale. His track record includes systems built for significant operational demands: a unified distributed application model for a major credit bureau that enabled the cloud migration of 70+ applications with zero end-user impact, high-concurrency platforms on AWS, and real-time telemetry systems for telecommunications infrastructure. In 2025, he turned his focus to a problem the industry had not formally addressed: how to make AI-First software development reliable, scalable, and organizationally sustainable. Through applied research following the principles of the scientific method — hypothesis, experimentation on production projects, measurement, and iterative refinement — he developed Webi Framework. The framework is published openly so the broader engineering community can adapt and apply it.

Manuel is the founder of Unlimitech Cloud LLC, where Webi Framework was developed and is applied in production. The company operates AI-First across its entire software development practice. The framework emerged from that operation and from the measured results it produced — not from theory.
