Webi Framework took its talk "Beyond the Prompt" to Corporación Universitaria Latinoamericana (CUL) in Barranquilla, Colombia, as part of its growing engagement with the academic community.
The session focused on the fundamentals behind AI-First software development, communicated in a direct and accessible way. For many students, it was the first time they encountered a formal and functional definition of AI-First, the one established in the Webi Framework whitepapers, rather than the loose, marketing-driven use the term usually gets. More than 200 students attended, and the goal was to give them a clear view of the shift the industry is going through as AI becomes the production engine of software.
Students engaged with the transformation of the developer role that is happening right now, and responded with strong interest to the AI-Driven End-to-End Developer profile that Webi Framework is defining. Over 95% of attendees expressed interest in continuing their training within the framework.
The talk addressed a gap the market often overlooks. Much of the current conversation around AI in software centers on tools and on the marketing of what those tools can do. "Beyond the Prompt" made the case that the foundation, the body of knowledge required to operate AI effectively, is what actually determines results. What resonated was that this is a formalized, real body of knowledge, not abstract theory: a concrete path to becoming more competitive as professionals in an AI-driven industry.
